ACE Electric Vehicles Terms & Conditions for Reserving a vehicle

This Reservation is not an order. It is solely designed to assist ACE EV to plan its production schedules and priorities. It is to indicate your genuine interest in a vehicle being produced for you and to assist us to plan and prioritise our forward production with you in mind. No order exists, no order is accepted and no vehicle will go into production, based upon this Reservation. See clause 3 below for the order process.

1. ACE Cargo, ACE Yewt, ACE Urban Reservation
Thank you for placing a Reservation for an ACE EV. By making your Reservation, you have taken a rough priority for delivery of your ACE Cargo, ACE Yewt or ACE Urban.

2. Effective Date
Your Reservation becomes effective when you complete your Reservation application and ACE-EV Group accepts payment of your Reservation fee.

3. Order Procedure
While this Reservation secures your rough delivery priority, it does not constitute the purchase or order for a vehicle.
a. As the start of production for your Reserved EV approaches, ACE EV Group will ask you to select a design and components for your vehicle.

b. ACE EV Group will build an order for your vehicle and offer a Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase price of the vehicle, plus estimates of applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and other applicable fees. 

c. If you proceed with the order, ACE EV Group will credit your Reservation Fee Payment towards the order amount. 

d. Until a Purchase Agreement is completed, your Reservation may be cancelled at any time, in which case you will be eligible for a full refund of your Reservation Fee Payment.

4. Acknowledgement that your Reservation Fee Payment to ACE EV Group is

a. not held separately or in a trust

b. not credited with interest.

c. not transferable or assignable without  written approval of ACE EV Group

5. Your Details and Privacy
At  times ACE EV Group will ask you to provide information to perform its obligations under the contract terms and conditions. ACE EV Group will maintain your personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Policy.
